WHAT IS CLASSICAL MECHNICS ?

Classical mechanics was mainly invented by Isaac newton in 1700's also known as Newtonian mechanics .

 

Newtonian mechanics was very first approach in physics to determine how object's moves and behave in given circumstances (force's)  this was the first attempt of human kind to understand the motion of objects with reference to space and time .


By Newtonian mechanics we can determine precisely  past & future position & velocity by considering instantaneous situation of object's like -  macroscopic body , spacecraft , rocket , terrestrial object's , planetstar , galaxy etc . 

Newtonian mechanics early stage was composition of physical concept and mathematical approaches who describes it numerically .

after 17th century in 18th and 19th century more modification was done in Newtonian mechanics particularly like analytical mechanics which is collection of alternative approaches for formulation closely related to classical mechanics this reformulation of classical mechanics is as  -

Lagrangian mechanics and Hamiltonian mechanics  and now , it is useful in all area of modern physics .

classical mechanics determines very accurate  information about object's in space which are massive and not approaches speed of light . 

 

Object's which approaches speed of light we need special relativity to deal with such condition and for object's which are very tiny in size of the order of electron quantum mechanics are applicable and where object is too much tiny particle and as well as approaching to speed of light quantum field theory is used to understand the nature of particle , this are condition's where classical mechanics no more remains valid .

But still classical mechanics are very useful to deal with our common day to day life problems because generally we don't encounter with speed of light or with very tiny size .

DIFFRENCE BETWEEN HEAT AND WORK !

H EAT and WORK plays vital role in thermodynamics. Its very common misunderstanding between peoples that they are ENERGY but they are not energy they are medium by which we transfer energy   .  although they d on't seem to be identical because heat   is thermal property and work is mechanical property but they are same  , at microscopic level they both are same phenomenon .     HEAT   They are just moving of molecules , having difference is only , heat is moving of molecules disorderly in any direction OR in other words heat is microscopic collision of molecules . WORK   Work is moving of molecules  in only single direction OR in other words work is m acroscopic push and pulls ( given by product of force and displacement ) . both shares same SI unit as JOULE . We termed work as high grade energy and heat as low grade energy  Because in reversible or irreversible process we can convert work 100 % in heat ...

WHAT IS NANOTECHNOLOGY ?
